Cons:

• Still in development.

This is the most common one used by most youtubers, it's reliable and it works for the most part

Pros:

• Easy to use
• Filters duplicate users.
• SSL

Cons:

• The website looks a bit outdated
• Once comments are loaded, you can only pick 1 winner, refresh needed to pick another
• Ads

3) - sandracires.com/en/client/youtube/random.htm

Less common picker but it works similarly to the first one.

Pros:

• It works.
• Filters duplicate users.

Cons:

• Very outdated.
• Ugly design
• Clunky
• No SSL
